How do I delete my account and data?
Before you begin:
- Ensure you have access to your ProjectionLab account.
 - Make sure you don’t have an active subscription and that your account is not a client seat linked to a Pro account administrator. 
- If your account is linked to a Pro admin:
- Contact your Pro advisor and request that they unlink your client account.
 - Once the Pro advisor unlinks the account, proceed to Delete your account.
 
 
 - If your account is linked to a Pro admin:
 
Check for active subscription:
- Log in to your ProjectionLab account.
 - Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription Plan.
 - If you have an active subscription, proceed to Cancel your subscription. 
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Cancel subscription and confirm cancellation.
 
 
Note: Account deletion is not possible until your subscription is canceled.
Delete your account:
- Navigate to Account Settings.
 - Scroll to Danger Zone.
 - Click Delete Account.
 - Type your email address to confirm account deletion. 
- Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all associated data.
